The Grocery Drop
The
Grocery Drop
FAQ
Q:
How does this thing work?
A: Customers call 4421 6269 with a list of code
numbers, available online at the price list. A total cost including delivery is
calculated and if the customer agrees, the goods are purchased and
delivered.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Either Cash or Cheque at the time of
delivery
Q: What if something I want is not on the price list?
A:
Call, and the grocery drop shall source it for you and give you a price before
we proceed with your order. We want to provide you with a complete shopping
service.
Q: Can you leave the groceries outside if we're not going to be
at home?
A: Yes, as long as they have been paid for. Note: This is not
usually a good idea due to heat and theft issues.
Q: Do you accept
EFTPOS?
A: Not at this point in time, but we are looking closely into
this.
Q: Do you do organics?
A: Yes. Call for details.
Q: Can
you deliver somewhere other than my home?
A: Yes. But if the delivery point
is outside the Nowra area, there will be a charge.
Q: Do you purchase
Alcohol?
A: Yes. But unless we have an authority to leave, someone over the
age of 18 must receive the order.
Q: How are items kept
cold?
A: We use
frozen ice packs in conjunction with insulated bags packed in polystyrene
containers. Cold and frozen items remain cold for a very long time.
Q:
Can I email orders or do I have to call?
A: Certainly.
